My terms of service: Adopts
All rules transfer after resale/gifting/trade/etc.
No one other than myself is allowed to trace, copy or remove my signature from a finished product.
Always contact me before gifting/reselling/trading my design!
Otherwise, you will be permanently banned from owning any of them.
Do not resell for higher value than what you paid.
This should only be done if you had other pieces of the character commissioned.
Credit me upon reposting my design/artwork at least once.
Do not claim the original design/artworks as your own.
I provide commissions exclusively via digital medium.
I take only full payment upfront via paypal.
I will create and send an invoice link for you. A small tax may be added.
If your main currency Euro let me know!
I will send you invoice in EUR and avoid extra currency conversion. No taxes will be added if that is the case!
Feel free to alter the design how you see fit!
Just credit me as the original designer.
I reserve the right to post your comission/adopt on any of my social media.
If you are not comfortable with it being posted, tell me.
If you are not comfortable being tagged, please say so.
Otherwise, I will most times give credit to you under the post.
Final pieces will be delivered via a Megaupload link.
I may not keep the link up forever tho, so make sure to store your adopt files safely!
I don't give permission of comertializing my pieces in any way.
All my pieces are for personal use only, including adopts!
If you intend on comertializing it, please contact me for a proper contract.
Feel free to use your adopt in comics, arts, commissions and any non-profitable ways.
Major changes that are not my fault are not allowed.
If you really want one, I may charge for it.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
I don't refund pieces after I start working on them.
If you are unsatisfied with the final result, tell me!
I will always try my best to make your piece to your liking.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.
If I do so, I will be issuing a full refund.
Refunds will be issued exclusively by me.
I do not allow chargebacks or disputes. They are a headache! You can just contact me direcly.
